The Portuguese icon has been rewriting the history books again, with another 50-goal season being added to his remarkable resume. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has reached a half-century of goals in a single campaign for the first time since 2016 – when he was on the books of Real Madrid.

Ronaldo is now 39 years of age, but he is showing no sign of slowing down. He has posted a new single-season best for the Saudi Pro League, after registering 35 goals in that competition, while also becoming the first man to win Golden Boots in four different countries.

The evergreen frontman has been presented with his latest accolade, with Al-Nassr saying of their talismanic captain: “History has been made… again. Cristiano Ronaldo secures the Golden Boot award. Becoming the first to achieve this in four different leagues.”
